RightTrak provides a full range of inspection and enforcement features most relevant for environmental and sanitation code enforcement. Organized around 'programs,' the module provides features for scheduled and ad hoc inspections and auto-loading of inspection criteria. Enforcement actions are created for NOVs, Warnings or other types with one or more violations added. The Code Reference feature includes chapter/section and program to insert within enforcement actions.

The RightTrak module includes the following features:

Programs - create separate programs to organize and track all code, inspection and enforcement actions. Manage inspector access to data by program.
Code Reference - copy all relevant code sections with references and detailed descriptions to include as violations within an Enforcement Action.
Inspection Reference - prepare inspection criteria by program and use in auto-generating default inspection 'worksheets'; inspection criteria linked to code items.
Enforcement Actions - generate enforcement actions with violations, respondent pleas, dispositions and range of key dates in process; create response items with dates to be completed by respondent; attach image and other electronic files to record.
Inspections - generate scheduled and ad hoc inspections with inspection criteria worksheet to use in checking off inspection items; create response items with dates to be completed by respondent; attach image and other electronic files to record; create inspection lists by inspector and program
Fines - assign fines to NOV and track payments received. Charge feature manages user defined fine amounts and descriptions.
Address/Customer tracking - track I/E records by customer and address with multiple customers/address and multiple addresses/customer. Customers are identified by Account Type (e.g., owner) and Business Type (e.g., restaurant).
History - view & access any previous I/E record; powerful search feature that provides range of parameters to query records
