The ServTrak module includes the following features:

- Customers – manage data for single customer with multiple addresses (accounts) as well as customer history at an address; easily navigate among customer, address, service & billing records
- Service Requests – create SRs for customer/address; automatically assign actions with due dates; track/assign work not completed; easily view service history at an address
- Containers – maintain control over containers deployed, lost & in inventory as well as warranty by vendor & batch
- Service Levels – identify/assign routes, containers, service locations for property addresses; track history of containers deployed & services provided
- Route Service List - assign addresses, containers & pickup sequences to route to manage pickups for front load and rolloff bin services
- Bills & Charges – setup charges & bill to customer for services provided; track payments & balances due
Route Optimization - Trakster can be integrated with third party route optimization software tools to export/import customer data maintained within its Route Service List.
