The FieldTrak field operations module provides accountability for employee & equipment deployment with performance measurement and management reporting.  Up to  four (4) organizational levels are allowed for resource tracking and reporting.  Time, mileage & tonnage data are captured at the 'route' level for detailed reporting and analysis of operations by activity or service.  FieldTrak was designed around the daily operations of municipal solid waste & public works to provide logical and easy-to-use interfaces for novice as well as experienced software users.

FieldTrak's Default Work Setup allows the user to define their own daily assignment schedule for each day of service.  These assignments include route/crew numbers, employees, time/attendance, work hours, and equipment - revisions are made on an exception basis only.   The Daily Work Manager (DWM) is a single screen that provides access to all work, employees and equipment assigned to a Business Unit for a given day.  The FieldTrak module includes the following features:

  • Business Units - accountable for routes, employees and equipment assigned and deployed daily.  Three (3) levels of organizational units are allowed.
  • Employees – maintain employee records, salary history, and organization assignments; generate internal employee list with work position, unit, location, phone#s and other non-personal info 
  • Time/Attendance - track individual time & attendance and assigned work (input by exception only);  overtime is tracked based on actual time in/out;  on-line OT approval feature allows 3 levels of approval (by permission only) 
  • Equipment – track equipment inventory, status & utilization; multiple equipment items may be assigned to a crew or route 
  • Routes/Crews – Driver Worksheet accounts for daily performance (time/mileage/tonnage)
  • Work Outputs – track tonnage, pickups & other services provided; up to three additional user defined measures can be tracked per route/crew  
  • Incidents/Accidents – track personnel performance & accidents; categorize & report on events by Type and Sub-type;  attach image files of accidents 
  • Costs - Activity costing for labor, equipment, disposal & other components;  bill for special services using ServTrak
